The prices quoted are minimum prices which may vary. They are valid per apartment per night for single occupancy and include the statutory VAT and the broadcasting fees. For additional guests EUR 15.00 will be charged per night per person for stays of 30 nights or more. A valid credit card must be deposited as a guarantee when booking.
Shorter stays are bookable on request and subject to availability. If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be provided on site for stays from 1 month.
