The apartments have been furnished in a modern though classical and comfortable way. The high-ceilinged and - depending on the room category - very bright rooms have been equipped with pleasant colours, fabrics in matching colours and high-quality materials. All apartments are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds and anti-allergic bed linen. The fully equipped kitchenette contains dishwasher, sink, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob with extractor hood, microwave/oven as well as water kettle and coffee machine. Satellite TV via Smart TV, high-speed broadband internet via wireless LAN as well an individually adjustable air conditioning supplement the modern equipment. In the apartmenthaus international you furthermore enjoy all amenities like weekly cleaning service, gym, laundrette on every floor, two elevators, separate mailbox and doorbell as well as numerous outdoor and underground parking spaces. Booking requirements

Outside our office hours you will receive your room chip via a key dispensing machine next to the entrance doors. The code for the key dispenser is your date of birth: DD / MM / YY (day / month / year – two digits each).

Cancellation policy

For stays between 4 and 14 nights a free cancellation is possible up to 7 days prior to arrival. If cancelled between 6 days and 1 day prior to arrival, 50 % of the total amount will be charged. In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, 80 % of the total costs will be charged. In case of no-show 100 % of the total amount will be charged.

For stays between 15 and 29 nights, a free cancellation is possible up to 10 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation between 9 and 4 days prior to arrival 50 %, from 3 days prior to arrival until the arrival day 80 % of the total cost will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100 % of the costs will be charged.

For stays from 30 nights, a cancellation free of charge is possible until 14 days prior to arrival. In case of a cancellation 13 - 9 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total amount will be charged. In case of a cancellation from 8 days to the day of arrival 80 % of the total amount will be charged. In case of no-show 100 % of the total amount will be charged.
