The apartment house at Kriegsstrasse 5 is centrally located at Mendelssohnplatz in the centre of Karlsruhe-South. In just a few minutes‘ walk you can reach the castle, the university, as well as numerous shops in the area. The tram stop Mendelssohnplatz is located directly on the doorstep. The things for daily needs can be found directly opposite in the well-stocked supermarket. Should you like to go out after a hard working day, you will find a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, the Baden State Theatre or the Schauburg cinema nearby. Sporting activities can be done around the corner in the gym. Another advantage is the proximity to the central station and to the motorways 8 and 5. Cancellation policy

Cancellation after booking conclusion is not possible free of charge. For stays of up to 6 nights, 80 % of the booked stay will be charged if cancelled up to 1 day before arrival, and 100 % of the booked stay if cancelled afterwards, in case of no-show or earlier departure.

For stays from 7 to 29 nights, 80 % of the booked stay will be charged if cancelled up to 7 days before arrival, and 100 % of the booked stay if cancelled after that date, in case of no-show or earlier departure.

For bookings of 30 nights or more, 80 % of the booked stay will be charged for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, and 100 % of the booked stay if cancelled afterwards, for no-show or earlier departure.
