Cancellation policy

For stays of up to 6 nights at sylc. Apartmenthotel a free cancellation is possible until 3 pm the day before arrival. In case of a later cancellation or no-show, 1 night will be charged. An earlier departure must be announced at least 1 day in advance.

For stays between 7-28 nights a free cancellation is possible until 2 days prior to arrival. In case of a later cancellation or no-show, 3 nights will be charged. An earlier departure must be announced at least 3 days in advance.

For stays between 29-84 nights a free cancellation is possible up to 6 days prior to arrival. In case of a later cancellation or no-show 8 nights will be charged. An earlier departure must be announced at least 8 days in advance.

For stays of 85 nights or more a free cancellation is possible until 10 days prior to arrival. In case of a later cancellation or no-show 14 nights will be charged. An earlier departure must be announced at least 14 days in advance. If the minimum stay is not reached, the rate will increase retroactively.
