The Frankfurt tourism fee for private stays will be charged additionally. Business stays can be exempted from this with appropriate proof in advance.
If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site after prior arrangement. In case of registration with the local authorities, the broadcasting fees are to be paid per apartment by the guests themselves.
The usage fee for the washing machine and dryer is based on 90 minutes each.
The obligatory intermediate cleaning takes place once a month and is charged at EUR 150.00.
