* These prices are minimum prices which may vary. They are valid per night per apartment for single and double occupancy and include statutory VAT and broadcasting fees. In case of an official residence registration, the broadcasting fees are to be paid by the guests themselves. For private stays, the tourist tax (EUR 2.00 per person per day) must be paid additionally; business stays must be documented in advance and can then be exempted.
The minimum stay is 14 nights, the maximum length of stay is 184 nights.
Payment is due in advance and for longer stays monthly in advance.
For stays from 14 nights the apartment house does provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") upon arrival if required after prior agreement.
Credit card details have to be provided to guarantee the booking.
Pets are not accepted in this house.
