* The rates quoted are minimum prices and may vary. They apply per apartment per night for single occupancy and incluse the statutory VAT and broadcasting fees. For a second person EUR 12.00 per night will be charged additionally. Minimum stay is 11 nights. 50% of the booked services are to be paid up to 2 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of EUR 500.00 is to be paid in advance or at the latest upon arrival. This will be refunded after proper departure. For stays up to 29 nights the final cleaning will be charged with EUR 75.00, for stays from 30 nights this fee will be EUR 50.00. The apartment is cleaned once a week and change of linen takes place every second week. For stays from 3 weeks a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site if required.

About the accommodation
The Quality Hotel Erlangen is a modern business hotel near the centre of Erlangen. In just a few minutes´ walk you can reach the old town and numerous sights. The city centre and the main railway station are also close by. Here you have a direct connection to e.g. Fuerth or Nuremberg in a maximum of 15 minutes. You can leave your car safely in the hotel´s underground car park. The serviced apartments are perfect for both short and long-term stays and all have a small kitchenette with fridge, kettle, microwave, double induction plate and the corresponding cutlery and crockery.
