* These prices are minimum prices which may vary. They are valid per night per apartment for single occupancy, including statutory VAT and broadcasting fee. For a second person EUR 10.00 per night will be charged additionally. The Cologne tourism tax of 5 % of the apartment rate for private stays is not included. Business stays can be exempted from this with appropriate proof in advance. In case of booking conclusion, credit card details are required to guarantee the booking. For stays of 1 month or more, the apartment house provides a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") upon arrival if required. When registering with the Cologne authorities, the broadcasting fee has to be paid by the guest himself. The maximum stay is 182 nights. For stays up to 28 nights the final cleaning is included, for stays from 29 nights the final cleaning will be charged with EUR 25.00. There are no in-house parking facilities available.

With the public transport you reach Cologne main train station with the famous Cologne Cathedral and the city centre as well as Cologne trade fair/Deutz.
