The rates are valid for single occupancy as well as for double occupancy. Higher rates may be charged during trade fairs, events and holidays. There is also a deposit of EUR 200.00, which must be paid before arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. The first month´s rent, or in the case of short-term stays, the total amount of the first 7 nights, must be paid in advance or at the latest upon arrival. A landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") can be issued for stays of 21 nights or more.
