* The prices quoted are minimum prices which may vary. They are valid per night per apartment (in studios or 1-bedroom-apartments for up to 2 guests and in 2-bedroom-apartments for up to 4 guests) and include the statutory VAT and the broadcasting fees. Additional guests will be charged with EUR 9.00 per night per person. Children younger than 4 years stay free of charge. For private stays the city tax of 5 % will be charged additionally. Business stays are excluded from this, a corresponding proof must be provided in advance.

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Payment of the apartment costs is due prior to arrival, at the latest by the end of the free cancellation period. For stays of several months the first monthly rent is to be paid in advance, the following months monthly in advance. Payment is to be made primarily by credit card, payments by bank transfer must be agreed in advance. Extra charges (e.g. city tax) can also be paid on site in cash or by EC card.

For stays of 1 month or more, a confirmation of the landlord can be issued upon arrival if required.

For stays of 4 nights or more, the apartment will be cleaned and linen changed once a week. For shorter stays there is no intermediate cleaning.
